What are the shipping options?
We send all our packages with freight forwarder in Denmark, usually DAO or POSTNORD is used. We send abroad by tracked letter post.

We ship to most of the world.
When do I receive my order?
We ship within 24 hours after we receive the order. During busy and holiday periods, delays may occur. Freight forwarder takes approx. 1-3 days to deliver to the desired delivery address.
What do I do if I have never received my order?
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
If the delivered goods are not in accordance with what you have ordered and the invoice associated with the order, you as the buyer must complain within 5 days after the invoice date, otherwise the right to do so is forfeited.
How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
If you wish to cancel your order in whole or in part, you must contact Social Vanilla via e-mail: email@example.com - be sure to include information about your order number or which order lines you wish to cancel. However, this does not apply to products that are not in stock and that have been produced specifically for your order, for example in unusually large quantities. Your order can only be canceled until your order has been shipped. After shipment, it is not possible to cancel your order.
What do I do if I regret my purchase and want to return?
You basically have no right of withdrawal on the purchase of food. However, we provide a satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with the item received, you will be able to return it within 30 days with an explanation of what does not live up to your expectation. Then we return your money. Note: Social Vanilla does not cover return shipping.
